- Download the .zip file corresponding to your desired language.
- Run the .cmd file and wait for it to finish (it is quite slow and depends on your PC’s performance).
- Create a bootable USB drive using Rufus with the generated ISO (IMPORTANT: When you click "Start," ensure you select "Remove requirement for an online Microsoft account" and "Disable data collection." Removing hardware requirements and BitLocker is optional/at your discretion).
- Install Windows 11 25H2 offline (fully updated with .NET 3.5 pre-installed) with local account.
- Run AntiTelemetryLite script (WAIT FOR IT TO FINISH!) and then restart your computer.

Note: This is simply original Windows 11, updated with minimal debloating and privacy tweaks.
